• Deliver appropriate quantities of medications to patient areas.
• Assist with accurate billing and crediting of patient medications.
• Maintain drugs in the formulary, including ordering, receiving, storing, and paperwork.
• Monitor doses administered per Medication Administration Record.
• Maintain forms and reports for control of narcotics and other controlled substances.

• Monitoring doses administered according to the Medication Administration Record on the narcotics sign-out record.
• Maintaining all forms and reports necessary for the control of narcotics and other controlled substances.

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred unless required by the State.
