Job summary

ThedaCare Regional Medical Center - Neenah, Wisconsin is seeking a retail pharmacy technician to join the interdisciplinary care team. You will handle prescription processing, third-party adjudication, filling, and patient interactions within supervising pharmacies and remote dispensing sites.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, support specialty services like compounding and vaccinations, and work with pharmacists to drive safe patient outcomes while maintaining inventory and operational

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; must be 18+.
• Minimum 1500 hours of pharmacy technician work experience in the past 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician work experience.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician with the State of Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions throughout the lifecycle including order entry, third party adjudication, filling and sale.
• Maintain the highest patient experience standards in daily operations.
• Oversee technical operational functions and inventory management.
• Operationalize regulatory compliance per federal/state regulations and accrediting bodies.
• Support specialty pharmacy services including compounding, compliance packing, meds to beds, vaccinations, and delivery.
• Ensure adherence to all ThedaCare policies within pharmacy and remote dispensing sites.
• Champion clinical and operational initiatives with pharmacists and stakeholders for growth and program integrity.
• Contribute as a member of the interdisciplinary patient care team to ensure safe outcomes.
