Qualifications

• Minimum 1500 hours of pharmacy technician work in the preceding 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician work experience.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician and WI registration required.
• Must be 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions through the lifecycle including entry, adjudication, filling, and sale.
• Maintain the highest patient experience standards.
• Handle technical operations and inventory management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal/state regulations and accrediting bodies.
• Support specialty pharmacy services including compounding and vaccinations.
• Collaborate with pharmacist and care team to drive program integrity and patient outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of 340B program and related compliance.
• Follow ThedaCare policies and participate in remote dispensing site procedures.
