Job summary

ThedaCare is seeking a Retail Pharmacy Technician in Oshkosh, Wisconsin to join the interdisciplinary care team. You will perform prescription processing, medication safety, and patient interactions across supervising pharmacies and remote dispensing sites.

Schedule includes 8:30-5, Monday–Friday, with weekend rotation about every 3rd weekend at Neenah Apothecary Pharmacy. Work environment is climate-controlled with emphasis on accurate, timely service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Minimum 1500 hours of pharmacy technician work experience in the immediate preceding 3 year timeframe.
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician work experience.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician with the State of Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions through the lifecycle including order entry, third party adjudication, filling, and sale.
• Maintains highest patient experience standards.
• Responsible for all technical operational functions and inventory management.
• Regulatory compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.
• Supports specialty pharmacy services including compounding and vaccinations.
• Collaborates with pharmacist and stakeholders to drive program integrity and patient outcomes.

Education
