Responsibilities

• Comply with local, state and federal regulations; report all illegal activity.
• Reinforce health and safety and sanitation regulations and programs.
• Understand and perform ordering functions with primary and secondary wholesalers.
• Follow guidelines on inventory management, ordering of medications and supplies.
• Maintain clean and organized work stations and customer waiting areas.
• Count, measure and prepare specified product per best practices.
• Complete billing procedures to ensure best value for customer and company.
• Answer phone and triage inquiries as appropriate.
• Adhere to guidelines on coupons, cash shortages and shrink.
• Operate cash register and process EFT, card and cash transactions.
• Provide stellar customer experience while completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing.
• Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except professional judgement.
• Follow HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Support health and wellness initiatives.
