Kroger Pick ’N Save in Wisconsin is hiring a pharmacy clerk to deliver exceptional customer service and support health and wellness initiatives. You will assist pharmacists, process transactions, and help with data entry and product dispensing in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 18+ years of age, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to handle confidential information while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Training and benefits are provided to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Meets minimum state requirements to perform the functions related to the position.

Responsibilities

• Comply with local, state and federal regulations; report all illegal activity, including robbery, theft or fraud.
• Comply with and reinforce all food safety, sanitation and safety regulations/guidelines according to health codes; identify unsafe conditions and notify management.
• Understand and follow guidelines on the operation of the cash register and related policies to prevent loss.
• Provide customer service by assisting with reception, data entry, adjudication and product dispensing in a timely manner.
• Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment.
• Support HIPAA compliance and wellness initiatives.
• Handle legend orders and Central Fill deliveries as needed.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment and resolve issues calmly.
