Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Completion of national registration, certification or licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service while performing reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing steps.
• Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgement.
• Provide health and wellness services allowed by state and federal laws.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and adhere to regulations.
• Support training and coaching of clerks and technicians.
• Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription information matches computer records.
• Support non-dispensing services using various platforms and applications.
• Comply with sanitation and safety regulations and report unsafe conditions.
