Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Meets minimum state requirements to perform the functions related to the position.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all local, state and federal regulations; report illegal activity such as robbery, theft or fraud.
• Follow food safety, sanitation and safety guidelines; notify management of unsafe conditions.
• Understand and perform ordering with primary/secondary wholesalers.
• Adhere to guidelines on inventory management and ordering of medications, devices, supplements and supplies.
• Maintain clean, organized work stations and customer waiting areas.
• Count, measure and prepare specified product per company best practices.
• Complete billing procedures to ensure best value for customers and company.
• Answer phone and triage inquiries.
• Adhere to coupons, cash shortage, and shrink guidelines.
• Operate cash register and process payments securely.
• Provide stellar customer experience through reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing.
• Assist pharmacists in responsibilities not requiring professional judgment.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Support health and wellness initiatives.
• Put away legend orders and Central Fill deliveries.
• Work cooperatively in fast-paced and stressful environments.
• Manage conflict calmly and cooperatively.
• Uphold honesty and integrity with customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek help to resolve issues.
• Interact with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults as needed.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
