Responsibilities

• Comply with local, state and federal regulations and report all illegal activity.
• Comply with food safety, sanitation and safety guidelines and notify management of unsafe conditions.
• Perform ordering with wholesalers and manage inventory.
• Follow guidelines on medication, devices, and supplies ordering and data entry.
• Maintain clean, organized work stations and customer areas.
• Count, measure and prepare products per best practices.
• Complete billing procedures to ensure value to customer and company.
• Answer phones, triage inquiries and assist customers as appropriate.
• Adhere to HIPAA and company policies on patient privacy.
• Support pharmacists in responsibilities not requiring professional judgement.
• Work well under pressure and manage conflicts calmly.
• Provide assistance with minors, special needs, and older adults.
