Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and perform reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing
• Assist pharmacist in responsibilities except those requiring professional judgement
• Comply with HIPAA regulations and company policies
• Operate cash register and handle payments including EBT and Gift Cards
• Answer phone, triage calls, and respond to inquiries as appropriate
• Understand and follow guidelines on inventory management, ordering of medications, devices, supplements and supplies
• Count, measure and prepare specified product using company best practices
• Complete billing procedures to ensure best value to customer and company
• Maintain clean, organized work stations and customer waiting areas
