Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers
• Answer phones and operate the cash register in the Pharmacy
• Input data and look up refills on the computer, check retail prices of prescription drugs
• Call doctors' offices for authorization to refill prescriptions
• Receive orders from patients and type pharmacy labels
• Check in merchandise and stock shelves
• General housekeeping duties
• Assist the pharmacist with filling prescriptions and pulling prescription merchandise from shelves
