Raley's Pharmacy is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacist, process prescriptions, and assist customers in our Fair Oaks pharmacy. You will handle data entry, refills, phone duties, and labeling, ensuring accurate service and a positive customer experience in a team‑oriented environment.

The role is safety‑sensitive and requires a State Pharmacy License with drug‑test compliance; residency in California or Nevada is required.

Qualifications

• Board of Pharmacy State License required.
• This pharmacy position is a safety‑sensitive position; therefore, any person applying must undergo and pass a drug test.
• Permanent residency in California or Nevada is a condition of employment for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers.
• Answer phones and operate the cash register in the Pharmacy.
• Operate the computer to input data, look up refills, and check retail prices of prescription drugs.
• Call doctors' offices for authorization to refill prescriptions.
• Receive orders from patients and type pharmacy labels.
• Check in merchandise and stock shelves.
• Conduct general housekeeping duties when needed.
• Assist the pharmacist with filling prescriptions and pulling prescription merchandise from shelves.
