Qualifications

• State licensure as Pharmacy Technician is required.
• Ability to assist pharmacist with prescriptions and customer service.
• Safety-sensitive role requiring drug test and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers
• Answer phones and operate the cash register in the Pharmacy
• Input data, look up refills, and check retail prices
• Call doctors' offices for authorization to refill prescriptions
• Receive orders from patients and type pharmacy labels
• Check in merchandise and stock shelves
• General housekeeping duties
• Assist the pharmacist with filling prescriptions
