This safety-sensitive position requires a Board of Pharmacy license and residency in California or Nevada. Compensation is competitive with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Board of Pharmacy State License required.
• Drug test is required for this safety-sensitive position.
• Permanent residency in California or Nevada is a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the pharmacy and store.
• Answer phones and operate the cash register in the Pharmacy.
• Input refills, check retail prices of prescription drugs, and update patient records.
• Call doctors' offices for authorization to refill prescriptions.
• Receive orders from patients and type pharmacy labels.
• Check in merchandise and stock shelves.
• Assist the pharmacist with filling prescriptions and pulling prescription merchandise from shelves.
