Job summary

CVS Health is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join our retail team and support pharmacists in accurate prescription fulfillment and patient care. You may assist with immunizations when trained, and you will help deliver compassionate service at the counter, drive-thru, and over the phone.

You will follow SOPs, participate in inventory tasks, and ensure safety and quality while engaging with patients and teammates to create a positive health experience across our stores.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing pharmacy practice.
• If no minimum age is specified by the state board, candidate must be at least 16.
• If no minimum education is specified, high school diploma or equivalent required or active enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Follow training and SOPs to support pharmacists and maintain safety.
• Assist with prescription fulfillment and patient interactions at pickup, drive-thru, and via phone.
• Contribute to inventory activities and accurate labeling as directed.
• Deliver compassionate care and escalate issues as needed.
