Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Pharmacy Technician to support in-store pharmacy operations. You will assist the pharmacy team to ensure timely, safe prescription fulfillment and exceptional patient care while following SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

The role includes assisting with immunizations where allowed, maintaining inventory, and delivering empathetic service across pickup, drive-thru, and phone interactions in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements, including age, education, and licensure/certification.
• If state board has no minimum age, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• If no minimum education, candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Follow SOPs to support pharmacists and ensure patient safety.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Complete basic inventory activities and cycles per policy.
• Support immunizations and other services where allowed by law.
