Fuze Health, in partnership with LetsGetChecked, seeks a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists, manage inventory, and ensure accurate prescription fulfillment. You will contribute to compliance, efficiency, and patient care across the FuzeRx location.

The role emphasizes adherence to regulations, teamwork, and continuous learning, with an emphasis on maintaining high quality patient service and accurate records in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a pharmacy technician (preferred).
• 1+ year of retail pharmacy experience in a high-volume setting (preferred).
• Solid understanding of pharmacy laws and technician-specific regulations.
• Proficiency with pharmacy technology systems and willingness to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Prescription Fulfillment: Pick and fill medications according to guidelines and safety standards.
• Inventory Accuracy: Maintain accurate records, perform cycle counts, ensure product availability.
• Patient Chart Management: Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of patient records and prescription data.
• Pharmacist Support: Assist pharmacists with inquiries and patient care initiatives.
• Medication Packing & Delivery Coordination: Pack medications and coordinate refills with physician offices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to improve efficiency and patient experience.
• Workstation Management: Manage tasks and workstations to complete orders safely and promptly.
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to laws and company policies governing technician duties.
• Performance Tracking: Meet KPIs to ensure quality and operational benchmarks.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry best practices and tech trends.
