Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician in Ohio to support pharmacists, manage inventory, and ensure accurate prescription fulfillment in a fast-paced setting.

You will maintain patient records, assist with care initiatives, and ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and company policies. A 1+ year background and active state license are required to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a pharmacy technician.
• 1+ year of retail pharmacy experience in a high-volume setting.
• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in your state of residence.
• Solid understanding of pharmacy laws and technician-specific regulations.
• Strong commitment to patient care and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in pharmacy technology systems and willingness to learn new tools.
• Ability to stand for long periods, work at a computer for extended durations, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and patient support.

Responsibilities

• Prescription Fulfillment: Pick and fill medications in accordance with guidelines.
• Inventory Accuracy: Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts.
• Patient Chart Management: Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of patient records.
• Pharmacist Support: Partner with pharmacists on inquiries and patient care.
• Medication Packing & Delivery Coordination: Pack meds and coordinate deliveries.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to improve operations.
• Workstation Management: Manage tasks and workstations to complete orders.
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to laws and company policies.
• Performance Tracking: Meet KPIs established by leadership.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry best practices and tools.
