Job summary

Patient Care Infusion in Tempe, AZ is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to support our closed-door home infusion operations. You will handle high volumes of calls, enter prescription data, and coordinate refills and deliveries to patients.

The role emphasizes accuracy, HIPAA compliance, and strong customer service. Full-time schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with occasional overtime and 30-minute on-call readiness. Competitive benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License or Technician Trainee License.
At least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally phone-based.
Comfortable handling a steady stream of calls daily with accuracy.

Responsibilities

Handle high volumes of calls, emails, and faxes from patients, caregivers, nurses, and providers.
Make outbound calls to check supply levels and set up refills.
Enter new and refill prescription information into pharmacy systems.
Coordinate refills and delivery schedules with patients and staff.
Collect patient payments and document them accurately.
Maintain patient profiles and records per Arizona Board of Pharmacy and HIPAA.
