Soleo Health Inc. is seeking a Full-time Infusion Pharmacist in Tempe, AZ to support sterile compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring for infusion therapies.

This on-site role emphasizes teamwork with nursing, reimbursement, and marketing to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The Pharmacist will supervise technicians, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in quality improvement initiatives while training new staff and potentially precepting interns.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree required and active state licensure.
• 1–3 years' experience with a specialty home infusion company or hospital IV room.
• CPR+ or Care Tend experience is preferred.
• Excellent clinical and customer service skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide sterile compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring for infusion therapies.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with nursing, intake, reimbursement, and sales for patient care.
• Support QA, performance improvement initiatives, and compliance with USP standards.
• Assist with training new staff and may precept interns.
