Job summary

CVS Health in New Jersey seeks a part-time Pharmacy Technician to join our retail team. The role supports daily pharmacy operations, ensures safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, and delivers compassionate customer service in a fast-paced setting.

The technician will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations where allowed, and help maintain inventory while upholding patient privacy and security. A valid pharmacy license or certification is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist patients with empathy and provide exceptional customer service at pickup, drive-thru, and phone.
• Contribute to inventory accuracy through appropriate receiving, stocking and returns-to-stocks activities.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care services where legally allowed and trained.
