Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and licensure rules.
• Must be at least 16 years old if no minimum age by state.
• High school diploma or equivalent required or actively enrolled.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to support pharmacists and ensure safe, accurate prescriptions.
• Assist with pharmacy workflow at pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off.
• Deliver empathetic customer care and help patients with immunizations and services.
• Handle basic inventory tasks and comply with regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain patient privacy and accurate record-keeping in all interactions.
