Job summary

CVS Health in New Jersey is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team and deliver patient-centered service. You will help ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately, while maintaining compassionate care and following SOPs.

The role requires completing training and state licensing requirements; duties may be restricted until requirements are met. This part-time position may involve traveling between market stores as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
• Ability to work in the home store, and across the market in other locations, to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver empathetic customer service at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Complete basic inventory activities and assist leadership with duties.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive culture and be flexible for scheduling needs.
