Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Ensure prescription information and labeling accuracy for patient safety.
• Deliver friendly customer service and work well in a team.
• Communicate clearly with patients and colleagues; use active listening.
• Perform basic math to determine days supply and quantities.
• Identify and resolve issues or questions from patients or staff.
