Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to ensure patient safety and accuracy.
• Assist with immunizations and other services as allowed by law and training.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and help with stock management.
• Provide empathetic, customer-focused service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
