Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking Pharmacy Technicians to support our pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and compassionate service in our stores. You will help manage workflow, assist patients at pickup, and ensure high-quality care through adherence to SOPs.

You must meet state licensure requirements and complete the company training. Immunizations and other services may be supported where allowed by law and policy, with ongoing opportunities to grow within CVS

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including licensure/certification
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address a minimum age, must be at least 16 years old
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment
• Deliver empathetic patient service at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone
• Assist with basic inventory tasks and support pharmacy leadership
• Support immunizations and other services where allowed by law and policy
