Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and compassionate customer service in-store. Technicians are often the first point of contact for patients, helping ensure a welcoming, efficient experience in every interaction.

You will complete required training, work under supervision of a Pharmacist, help with inventory, immunizations when allowed, and maintain compliance with federal, state and local laws.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements for pharmacy practice.
• High school diploma or equivalent or active enrollment is required if not stated otherwise.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist with routine pharmacy operations, including inventory, labeling, and customer interactions.
• Provide empathetic customer service and help patients with questions at pickup, drive-thru, or via phone.
• Follow SOPs and assist Pharmacists in delivering patient care and immunization services where allowed by law.
