• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and licensure
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age, must be at least 16 years old
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent or be actively enrolled
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Complete required training within designated timeframe
• Concentrate on a task over a period of time and pivot as needed to meet patient and business needs
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety
• Maintain inventory and assist with medication deliveries
• Support immunizations and on-site clinics where allowed by law
