Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education, and licensure/certification
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, must be at least 16 years old
• If the state board does not address a minimum education, must have a high school diploma or equivalent or be actively enrolled in high school or equivalency program
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within the designated timeframe.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Provide friendly customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Assist with immunizations and vaccines where allowed by law.
