Job summary

CVS Health in Texas is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team, ensure accurate prescriptions, and deliver compassionate customer service.

You will follow SOPs, assist pharmacists with workflow, perform basic inventory tasks, and support immunization services as allowed by state regulations. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and excellent communication with patients and teammates.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements including age, education and licensure/certification
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, must be at least 16 years old
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and assist pharmacists in patient care
• Assist with prescription labeling and accuracy
• Provide patient service at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone
• Perform basic inventory tasks such as stocking and cycle counts
• Maintain a safe, inclusive culture and support team needs
• Travel to stores in the market as needed by the business
