Job summary

CVS Health, a leader in accessible pharmacy care, is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and compassionate service in a retail setting. You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations when allowed, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with state boards.

This full-time role requires weekend availability and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements including licensure/certification
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state
• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends

Responsibilities

• Follow all SOPs at each workstation to help pharmacists manage patient health
• Assist with safe and accurate prescription fulfillment across production, pick-up, drive-thru and drop-off
• Provide empathetic, patient-centered service at the counter and over the phone
• Contribute to inventory control, including receiving and cycle counts
• Maintain patient privacy and compliance with pharmacy laws and ethical standards
• Be flexible for scheduling and travel to stores within the market as needed
