Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and compassionate patient service in our retail locations. You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations where allowed, and participate in training to meet state licensing and certification requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; state board licensure and certification as applicable.
• Ability to comply with state board of pharmacy regulations and company SOPs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team in dispensing prescriptions accurately and safely.
• Support immunization efforts where permitted by law and training.
• Provide empathetic customer service at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and assist with stock management.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and travel to other stores as needed.
