Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in delivering safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and exceptional patient service. You will assist at pick-up, drive-thru, and phone interactions, following SOPs and complying with state board requirements.

Immunization support may be included where permitted. This full-time role requires high school diploma or equivalent and relevant certification.

Qualifications

• Meet state board of Pharmacy requirements and licensure.
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, must be at least 16 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; actively enrolled if not yet graduated.
• National certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic, patient-centered service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures to ensure safety.
• Support immunizations and other services where permitted by law and training.
• Complete basic inventory tasks and cycle counts as directed by leadership.
