Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in retail locations. You will help ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment, assist customers at pickup and drive-thru, and follow SOPs to deliver excellent patient care.

Role requires adherence to state board requirements, a high school diploma or equivalent, and willingness to travel to other stores as needed. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in a CVS Health retail setting with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education, and licensure/certification
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address a minimum age requirement, must be at least 16 years of age
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help pharmacists manage patient health
• Assist patients with prescription pickup, drive-thru, and phone interactions to deliver care
• Complete basic inventory tasks, including cycles counts and returns-to-stocks
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive culture and protect patient privacy and security
• Voluntarily travel to stores in the market to cover shifts as needed

Education

High school diploma or equivalent, or actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program
