Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and compassionate patient service in our retail locations. You will assist pharmacists, perform inventory tasks, and follow SOPs to ensure quality care while maintaining patient privacy and regulatory compliance.

Training will be provided to meet state licensure and certification requirements.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements for pharmacy practice, including age and licensure/certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required or enrollment in a program.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state; follow local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Regular, predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Follow SOPs to support pharmacists and ensure accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic patient service and assist with immunizations when allowed by state rules.
• Assist with basic inventory activities and stocking.
• Maintain patient privacy and comply with regulatory requirements.
