Job summary

CVS Health in retail locations is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team, ensuring safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and delivering caring service to patients and customers.

You will complete required training, obtain state licensure and national certification as applicable, and may assist with immunizations and other services, while contributing to a safe, inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing pharmacy practice.
• High school diploma or equivalent (or active enrollment).
• State licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide compassionate customer service and maintain SOP compliance.
• Assist with inventory, learning and applying new clinical knowledge.
• Be flexible for scheduling and travel to stores as needed.
• Deliver additional health services where allowed by law and training.
