Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and welcoming customer service in a retail setting. You will assist with daily operations, immunizations where allowed, and ensure a compassionate patient experience.

The role requires completion of a rigorous training program and state licensure/certification, with weekend availability and a strong focus on safety and compliance across all duties.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and licensure/certification

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Complete required training within designated timeframe
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Deliver patient experiences with empathy and care at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone
• Assist with inventory activities and contribute to a high-performing team
• Remain flexible for scheduling and travel to stores as needed
• Comply with federal, state, and local laws and CVS policies to ensure patient safety and privacy
• Provide additional health care services where allowed by law and supported by training
