Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, patient-centered care in our retail stores. You will assist with prescription fulfillment, immunizations support where allowed, and customer service, while following SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

The role requires completion of state licensing requirements, strong attention to detail, and reliable attendance. Travel to market stores may be required to cover shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or active enrollment in high school or equivalent.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Provide compassionate customer service and assist patients.
• Support pharmacy workflow for safe and accurate dispensing.
• Perform inventories and contribute to compliant pharmacy operations.
• Travel to stores in the market to cover shifts as needed.
