Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a part-time role in Grand Prairie, Texas. You will support the pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and excellent patient care, while adhering to SOPs and state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities include assisting with inventory, preparing prescriptions, and delivering empathetic service at the counter and drive-thru. The position offers 29 hours per week with benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• State licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Adhere to SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures at all times.
• Assist with immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed by law and training.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper stock handling.
• Provide empathetic customer service and help patients with medication questions.
• Be flexible with scheduling, including nights and weekends.
