Job summary

CVS Health is hiring Pharmacy Technicians to support pharmacy teams in delivering accurate prescriptions and exceptional patient service across retail locations in Texas. You will follow SOPs, assist with daily operations, and help immunize and deliver additional health services as allowed by state law.

The role requires completion of training and all state licensing/certification requirements, with part-time hours and a pay range aligned to local market norms.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing pharmacy practice.
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Follow all SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists and improve patient health.
• Adhere to pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic, personalized patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Assist with inventory activities, including receiving deliveries and cycle counts.
• Support a high-performing team and ongoing clinical/technical knowledge development.
• Be flexible with scheduling and travel to stores across the market as needed.
