Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate, and compassionate care in our retail locations. You will help ensure prescriptions are processed correctly, assist customers, and support immunization and point‑of‑care services where permitted by law.

The role requires adherence to state board regulations, completion of training, and ongoing certification as needed.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice, including age minimum if required by state.
• High school diploma or equivalent if no minimum education is specified by state.
• State licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely and accurately.
• Follow SOPs and maintain patient safety and privacy.
• Assist with immunizations and other pharmacy services where allowed by law.
