Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver empathetic customer service and support to patients at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Assist with basic inventory activities and restocking as directed by leadership.
• Support immunizations and other pharmacy services where allowed by law.
