Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician in New York to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and compassionate patient service. You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations where allowed, and help manage inventory while covering shifts across stores in the market.

The role requires state licensure/certification as applicable and 16+ years of age. Training and certification requirements will be completed per state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.
• Minimum age is 16 if no state minimum is set.
• 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• Experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
• Ability to work in the home store and across the market in other locations

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team in delivering service excellence.
• Fill prescriptions promptly, safely, and accurately.
• Maintain inventory and follow SOPs.
• Assist with immunizations and additional patient services where allowed.
• Travel to stores to cover shifts as needed
