Job summary

CVS Health in New York State is seeking a Pharmacy Technician who will support pharmacy operations, assist patients at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone, and help ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment. You will follow SOPs, assist with inventory, and contribute to a caring, inclusive environment.

Upon hire, you will complete a rigorous training program and satisfy state registration, licensing, and certification requirements.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements for age, education and licensure.
• If no minimum age is mandated, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist patients at pickup, drive-thru, and by phone to deliver a positive experience.
• Complete basic inventory tasks and assist with deliveries and cycle counts.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and efficient pharmacy environment.
• Assist with immunizations and point-of-care services where legally allowed.
