Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our store team. You will support the pharmacy team by ensuring safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, delivering compassionate customer service, and assisting with inventory and operations across the pharmacy workflow.

This role may include immunizations and other services where permitted by state law and training. You will work under the supervision of the Pharmacist, adhere to SOPs, and contribute to a safe, inclusive store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.
• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice, including age where required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic, patient-centered service to customers and patients.
• Complete basic inventory and shelving tasks as directed by the pharmacy leadership team.
• Support immunizations and related services where permitted by law and training.
• Adhere to SOPs, safety standards and maintain clear communication with colleagues.
