Job summary

• Assist the pharmacy team with workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic patient service, handle questions, and escalate issues as needed, including immunizations when allowed.
• Assist with basic inventory activities and accurate medication distribution.
• Support a high-performing team and adapt to scheduling and business needs.
