Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to assist pharmacists and manage patient safety.
• Support workflow at production, pick‑up, drive‑thru, and drop‑off stations.
• Deliver empathetic customer service to create positive patient experiences.
• Assist with basic inventory activities, returns‑to‑stock, and cycle counts.
• Support immunizations and point‑of‑care testing where trained and permitted.
• Travel to other stores in the market to cover shifts as needed.
• Adhere to laws, CVS policies, and protect patient privacy and security.
