Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate, and compassionate service in our store. You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations when trained, and help ensure timely prescription fulfillment for patients.

Responsibilities include accurate labeling, handling inventory, and delivering excellent customer care across pickup, drive-thru, and phone interactions. A high school diploma and state licensure as required are expected.

Qualifications

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help pharmacists manage patient health.
• Fulfill prescription accurately and safely per workflow.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pickup, drive-thru, and phone.
• Assist with inventory and returns-to-stocks as directed.
• Collaborate with pharmacy team to improve service and safety.
• Willingness to travel to stores in the market as needed.
