Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in providing safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and exceptional patient care in our Massachusetts stores.

Responsibilities include assisting pharmacists, following SOPs, and contributing to immunization services when trained, all while maintaining inventory and delivering a compassionate customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements (licensure/certification may vary by state).
• Minimum age: as dictated by state board or 16+ where allowed.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers with empathy and care, ensuring a positive patient experience.
• Assist pharmacists with safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflows at each station.
• Assist with immunizations and vaccine-related tasks if trained and permitted.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with returns-to-stocks and cycle counts.
