Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and licensure/certification
• If required, minimum age 16 years or higher per state rules

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Complete required training within designated timeframe
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment
• Provide empathetic customer service and assist patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone
• Assist with immunizations and other services as allowed by law and training
• Perform basic inventory activities and assist with deliveries and cycles counts
• Maintain patient privacy and compliance with CVS policies and applicable laws
